A little preparation can help you settle in more deeply and feel more supported during your QHHT session. These simple steps will help you create the right space and arrive feeling ready.
Creating a Sacred Space
The interview portion of your session should take place in a private area away from others so you can speak freely and openly.
Choose a quiet, comfortable space to lie down, such as a bed or couch, and have pillows, cushions, and a blanket nearby. A dimly lit environment can be very supportive for visualization and going inward.

What to Expect

Before
Be well-rested, eat a light meal, drink water, and wear loose, comfortable clothing so your body can fully relax.
✳︎ If you share a home with others, let them know you’ll need uninterrupted quiet, and keep pets in another room.

During
You’ll be gently guided into a deep state of relaxation. Where you go and what you experience is entirely led by your subconscious.
✳︎ There is no right or wrong experience. You are held in a safe, judgement-free space and may simply trust what begins to arise.
03.
After
It’s common to feel a little dazed or dreamy after your session. Move slowly, stay hydrated, and gently ease back into your day.
✳︎ Give yourself time to rest, listen to your recording, and let any thoughts or emotions settle naturally.
